Flea Market Vol. 1

I’ve never been one to spend my entire day in one spot. I’ve done it once before and it was good money but it was for my partner’s company. This time around I will be selling some of my things, wheelin and dealin. Follow me on this journey.

7AM: The setup was interesting. But came prepared for everything. You see the thing about flea markets, is cash, deals before anyone gets there, and more deals. And deals were being made

10AM: We have a few folks interested in our products, but with Memorial Day weekend, it’s been slow slow. Hats are really selling but I’m letting them go for cheap because I have so many and my supplier gives them to me for the low. Toys don’t seem to be selling at all.

12PM: We were gonna leave at 12 because of how slow it is but I think we’re gonna stay another 30 minutes to try and get a couple more sales before we hit the big flea market and get some horribly delicious food.

1:45PM: Exits flea market enters horribly delicious food.

Special thanks to Art Henoch for all the help explaining the process. If you are ever in the Louisville area and want to see hustlers in action, take a look at Expo Five on 7th Street Rd. It will make for a fun afternoon and you won’t leave empty handed.

They also have several music and sporting events at Expo Five, so make sure to check they are on your list of Louisville tourism that they don’t tell you about.
